Delgaudio Hails Congressman King In Restraining Supreme Court "Tyrants"

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate, hails the introduction of a bill in Congress to limit the jurisdiction of the federal courts to re-define marriage in a letter to supporters nationwide Friday May 8, 2015.

Delgaudio said in part:

"Few enemies of Real Marriage have done more damage than rogue judges unbound by loyalty to the Constitution.

For too long, these black-robed tyrants have undermined the legal foundation of Real Marriage in America.

But an important bill just introduced in Congress by Representative Steve King (R-IA) will put an end to radical judges unconstitutionally legislating from the bench.

Representative King's "Restrain the Judges on Marriage Act" (H.R. 1968) would strip federal courts of the power to redefine marriage against the will of the states and defund any efforts by courts attempting to do so ", Delgaudio said.
