According to its latest annual report, Planned Parenthood received $363.2 million in government grants and contracts in its 2008-2009 fiscal year, up from $349.6 million in FY 2007-08.

In Friday's 240-185 vote, the House approved an amendment offered by Rep. Mike Pence (R-Ind.) that would deny Planned Parenthood and each of its local affiliates from receiving any federal funding under Title X, the federal program that subsidized sexual health and family planning services.
