DELGAUDIO RESPONDS TO LAWLESS VIRGINIA COURT DECISION TO UPROOT MARRIAGE
This is a Virginia oriented message for Virginia Supporters and citizens in Virginia sent by Eugene Delgaudio, President of Public Advocate today in response to the wrongful court decision to attack traditional one man one woman marriage in Virginia.
Delgaudio tells 100,000 Virginians in part:
(Quote) "Enemies of Virginia marriage and Virginian Christians have just won another battle.
A panel of the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond has just ruled to uphold Mark Herring's attack on Virginia's Real Marriage Amendment.
The judges made the unfounded argument that the Real Marriage protection Amendment qualified as an attack on homosexuals.
. . . . (T) he consequences of this ruling are not just the desecration of a sacred institution.
It also opens a door that will now allow radical agents of the Homosexual Lobby free reign to attack Christians in our state.......
Speaker of the House Bill Howell and the State of Virginia need to stop stalling and pass a permanent law to prevent frivolous lawsuits of Christian businesses, churches and charities." unquote
