Liberals Protest Public Advocate In Michigan With Pro-Family Survey

Public Advocate is in the Michigan blog media spotlight right now for daring to ask Michigan candidates if they will pledge to oppose adding pedophilia to "anti-discrimination" legislation.

EUGENE DELGAUDIO, PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC ADVOCATE SAID TODAY

"While we consider this question of preventing the addition of pedophilia to protected sexual orientation to be very important, the Liberals are trying to hijack the conversation in order to hide the full extent of Public Advocate's program in Michigan.

Public Advocate has mailed our Family Values Survey to 329 Michigan candidates for election.

We are surveying two candidates for Michigan governor, two candidates for U.S. Senate, 29 candidates for U.S. Congress, and 296 candidates for the Michigan State Legislature.

We have a very strong response from both sides of the issue so far, and there are still several days left before the deadline to return completed surveys. I appreciate the responses from both while respectfully assuring the name calling
blogs that my arrival in Michigan was requested by their strident advocacy which they make abudantly clear by their protests."

Public Advocate's Candidate Survey Over The Years

Public Advocate has a decades' long track record of conducting public and candidate surveys and polls. Over the course of 2014, Public Advocate has been very active in Senate primaries and races across the country.

Senate primaries were surveyed in Texas, Colorado, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Missouri and Kentucky. Intense multi-media campaigns (through email, direct mail and internet ads) were run in Texas, South Carolina, Missouri and North Carolina.

Public Advocate has surveyed every current candidate for U.S. Senate in the upcoming 2014 elections.

Public Advocate's efforts in Michigan are in response to the Homosexual Lobby's stated goal of taking over the State House in order to pass a local version of the Gay Bill of Special Rights.
