March 27th: Public Advocate Announces Pork Out To Oppose Stimulus Bill

Public Advocate will be at Lafayette Park at 11am on Wednesday April 15th during the Washington D.C. Tea Party eating and passing out 1,776 ounces of pork rinds, pork and beans, slim jims, bacon bits, spam, and other pork products for others to eat.
Public Advocate will have a wheelbarrow full of pork products and bystanders will be encouraged to eat in order to do their patriotic duty of reducing the pork. "We feel that we should eat pork instead of spending it, Public Advocate's goal is to consume as much pork as we can today so that there is less pork for President Obama and Congress to spend." said Eugene Delgaudio, President of Public Advocate.
A winner will be announced and awarded a tub of lard for an essay contest conducted on the social networking site Facebook. The essay should state in 50 words or less; Why Americans should eat pork and Congress shouldn't spend it.
