"Police are asking for the public's help to determine if other victims have been approached by a man -- in heels and tight clothing -- who attempted to solicit sex from a 15-year-old boy in a Walgreens parking lot, police said on Sunday."
A 52-year-old man from North Hills was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of child annoying on Friday, police said.
He had repeatedly asked for sex and been rebuffed by the boy who was riding through the parking lot on a skateboard, police told the Los Angeles Times.
