Eugene Delgaudio To Contact One Million California Residents To Support Pro-family Referendum To Defend Children

In a message prepared for one million California residents and supporters, Eugene Delgaudio president of Public
Advocate said, in part:

"California has won a major victory in the fight to restore sanity to the state's public schools.

Judge Allen Sumner has tentatively ruled against the Homosexual Lobby's Co-Ed Bathroom Bill!.....

.....The Co-Ed Bathroom Bill passed last year without any serious impute from the Californian voters.

The legislators just up and rammed it thru because the Homosexual Lobby wanted it.

Not surprisingly, there was an immediate backlash.

Local, pro-Family organizations launched a massive referendum campaign to put the Co-Ed Bathroom Bill up for a popular vote.

Over 600,000 signatures were collected!

However, several boxes of signed petitions became a source of contention that Judge Sumner is currently considering.
...... Judge Sumner is currently reviewing the situation and tentatively ruled in favor of the signatures.

While a tentative ruling is not binding, it is almost always upheld.

Now, thanks to the grassroots efforts of pro-Family Californians, this disgusting Co-Ed Bathroom Bill will be up for a people's vote this year......

And Public Advocate will be doing our part to raise awareness of the issue and to get out the vote to defeat this bill!"
