Eugene Delgaudio and Public Advocate in 16 states today asking 19 U.S. Senators to reverse anti-family policies

While Public Advocate is celebrating our tremendous victory over the Southern Poverty Law Center this week, we have not stopped our operations on other fronts.

On Wednesday, Public Advocate supporters from 16 states expressing opposition to 19 U.S. Senators for their signatures on an outrageous public letter.

The Homosexual Lobby is circulating a letter requesting President Obama bypass the legislative process by signing the Gay Bill of Special Rights (falsely dubbed the Employment Non-Discrimination Act) into law by Executive Order.

The Gay Bill of Special Rights passed in the Senate last fall, but has stalled in the House as conservatives refuse to bow to radical homosexual pressure.

220 Senators and Representatives have signed this letter -- all Democrats.

So far not one Republican has signed.

The letter and the request are outrageous and unbecoming of an elected legislator.

The Constitution clearly outlines that laws are to originate in Congress -- not the executive.

For a senator or congressman to ask the president to usurp their own authority shows how little respect these individuals and the Homosexual lobby have for the Constitution and rule of law.

These are the senators who were contacted this past week:

Tom Harkin (IA)
Mark Begich (AK)
Barbara Boxer (CA)
Dianne Feinstein (CA)
