Mission Statement (founded in 2024)

As a nonprofit, educational organization, Public Advocate Foundation will conduct research to inform and educate the public on ideas and positions on issues, including protection of the traditional family, defense of religious liberty, support for the constitutional rights of Americans, support for limited government and principles of federalism, opposition to abortion rights, pursuit of election integrity, and advancement of Biblical principles in public policy formulation.

What We Do

Public Advocate Foundation often hears of cases involving victims of religious persecution who need qualified legal assistance or their lawyers need some additional research which we supply for free. Public Advocate Foundation has filed 20 Friend of the Court briefs but the need to prepare for additional legal testimony has grown significantly as some states like New York, California, Virginia, Wisconsin and Minnesota force anti-social practices on Christian families and violate protections afforded them under the Constitution and President Donald Trump's new directives defending these victims of religious persecution.

Legal Briefs Filed At the U.S. Supreme Court

These are 20 Amicus briefs filed in the 2024-25 time frame.

Copies of the actual briefs can be downloaded one at a time in the following link, and a copy of all 130 briefs at the following link below:

THIS IS THE LINK TO ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) LEGAL BRIEFS 1999-2026.

This compilation is a listing of links to our law firm that provides you free access to all the work from 1999 to 2026 at the U.S. Supreme Court and various Appeals Courts.

Public Advocate's legal team includes William Olson, Patrick McSweeney, Jeremiah Morgan, Robert Olson, other attorneys, and a dozen other major conservative non-profit organizations that share the brief publicly to show a united coalition supporting the respective judicial appeal.

Public Advocate is advancing traditional and novel legal arguments.

In the case of the Boy Scouts of America defense, which required Public Advocate to file several successive briefs, Public Advocate filed an expansive brief which documented the many victims and the suffering endured under policies advanced by the homosexual lobby. And as Public Advocate works tirelessly to defend private retail stores run by Christians (or, e.g., charities run by the Little Sisters), we appeal to principles sometimes left out of consideration.
