HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY: Thank You America!

In a national email message Eugene Delgaudio said in part:

"Today is July 4th - our Independence Day!

And it's a bittersweet celebration for me this year.

On one hand, you and I have won a string of victories in just the last few days.

The Supreme Court has issued three critical decisions that all went in our favor.

Through our attorneys, Public Advocate was involved in all these cases.

You've likely heard that SCOTUS has upheld Trump's right to presidential immunity.

And the Court has called out the Biden Department of Justice for wrongfully convicting hundreds of "January 6" protestors.

But the Supreme Court has also struck down the Chevron Doctrine, which has allowed federal bureaucrats to widely interpret the laws that are supposed to govern them.

All of these decisions have tremendous ramifications for America.

Then there's our fight to save the Real Marriage Plank of the Republican National Platform.

I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes - including while bloodied and (bone) broken - to save this plank................................: Delgaudio told supporters (in part).

HOW IT ALL BEGAN:

"Since I first arrived here to Washington, D.C. to head Public Advocate, it has been my honor to fight for your traditional values day and night. Some of my supporters decided back in 1981 to respond and keep me in the fight. Thank you. Thank you to the supporters and patriots who have donated and supported me in my patriotic mission -- thousands for 30 years. Thank you to the 100 milion who now view our online social media on 20 platforms, " says Delgaudio today.

THANK YOU FROM EUGENE DELGAUDIO, PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC ADVOCATE:

"Thank you for Fighting the Good Fight!
Thank you for fighting for the values that no one else will fight for.
Thank you for being there for us!
Thank you for your leadership and sacrifice!
Thank you for being an inspiration to me with your support!
Thank you for all you do!
You are all some of our Country's bravest heroes! " said Delgaudio.
