Last
year,
July
4th,
2025,
marked
the
250th
anniversary
of
the
many
events
that
set
off
America's
War
of
Independence
in
1775.
That's
why
we
saw
the
historic
Army
250th
Parade
in
Washington,
D.C.
This
year
marks
the
250th
anniversary
of
the
signing
of
the
Declaration
of
Independence!
I
hope
you
are
as
excited
as
I
am
to
celebrate
America's
storied
and
glorious
history
this
year
and
over
the
next
few
years
-
as
we
reach
those
250th
moments
in
turn.
And
how
appropriate
that
just
in
time
for
Independence
Day,
the
U.S.
Supreme
Court
has
announced
their
decison
on
the
issue
of
"trans"
athletics!
The Court announced their 6 to 3 decision to support bans on men in women's sports. Thank God.
This
is
a
direct
response
to
two
different
avenues
of
attack
that
have
been
pursued
by
your
Public
Advocate.
First,
we
are
deeply
involved
in
these
legal
battles
and
our
Amicus
briefs
will
be
read
by
the
U.S.
Supreme
Court
yet
again.
But
we
also
just
raised
a
national
outcry
for
criminal
justice
in
these
matters!
The
inclusion
of
"trans"
male
athletes
in
female
athletics
was
far
more
serious
than
the
fairness
of
sports.
We
have
seen
young
girls
permanently
injured
-
nearly
killed!
Even
worse,
young
girls
and
women
have
been
sexually
assaulted
in
the
name
of
"inclusion."
Public
Advocate
demands
justice
for
these
abused
athletes,
and
the
Supreme
Court
has
answered.
And
due
to
the
hard
work
of
your
Public
Advocate
going
back
to
the
early
'90s,
we
have
a
core
group
of
six
Justices
who
are
standing
up
for
the
Constitution,
for
the
Rule
of
Law,
for
Common
Sense
and
for
basic
Morality.
We
stood
by
Clarence
Thomas
when
the
Radical
Left
tried
to
smear
his
name.
We
called
out
John
Roberts
as
a
"squish"
and
forced
him
to
straighten
up
and
fly
right.
We
crushed
President
Bush's
plan
to
nominate
his
own
personal
assistant
and
actually
sang
in
public
in
support
of
Alito.
We
derailed
the
Deep
State's
plan
to
place
William
Pryor
on
the
court
and
convinced
Trump
to
nominate
instead
Neil
Gorsuch.
We
convinced
Trump
to
name
more
conservative
justices
in
his
first
term
and
stood
fast
against
the
lies
and
slander
leveled
against
Kavanaugh
and
Barrett.
When
the
Radical
Left
besieged
the
homes
of
the
Justices
that
struck
down
Roe
v
Wade,
Public
Advocate
-
including
myself
personally
-
monitored
the
mobs
illegally
gathered
to
make
sure
no
crimes
were
committed.
And
our
lawyers
have
steadily
given
the
Supreme
Court
Justices
the
best
legal
advice
we
can
on
our
issues
-
leading
them
to
a
true
understanding
of
the
issues.
Now,
we
have
a
Supreme
Court
being
led
by
6
dedicated
Constitutionalists
who
are
ruling
against
the
radical
Left
and
the
Homosexual
Agenda
at
almost
every
turn."
