Corrupt DA could be ousted after sick plot to dismiss charges against trans sex offender

BIZPACREVIEW REPORTS:

A Democrat prosecutor in Colorado could be out of a job over news that her office planned to dismiss charges against a transgender pervert who allegedly attempted to kidnap an 11-year-old boy during a school recess.

Last April, 33-year-old Solomon Galligan was arrested after the incident at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora in which he allegedly tried to snatch the young boy after approaching a group of students.

After he was taken into custody, Galligan was given a mental competency examination, which he failed, being found incompetent to stand trial, leaving the DA's office little choice but to dismiss the charges against the registered sex offender.

Outrage erupted after the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office told the Denver-based Fox News affiliate that they planned to "drop charges" against the disturbed man who, according to police, "appeared that this person attempted to grab a young boy."

"Aurora police previously reported that Galligan is a registered sex offender, with his registration tied to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office," Fox News reported.
