Public Advocate CEO Eugene Delgaudio Asks President Trump to Investigate Discover Debanking

Public Advocate, a non-profit, non-violent organization, feels confident that they qualify as an acceptable first submission for enforcement by the Justice Department under the new Presidential Executive order on the debanking conspiracy assailed by the President by certain banking institutions against Christians.

Public Advocate has submitted a formal complaint to President Donald Trump titled "Urgent Request for Investigation and Enforcement Pursuant to Executive Order
14331 - Politicized Debanking of Public Advocate of the U.S. by Discover Financial Services, in Violation of ECOA, CFPA, and FTC Act"

Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate said in an online post on Friday, October 17 the following:

"Following the murder of Charlie Kirk, Discover Financial Services continued an apparent ideological vendetta against Public Advocate and our stand for moral values in an attempt to silence our voice. We refuse to be silenced by financial executives using their government regulated position in the banking industry to violate Public Advocate's First Amendment right. We salute President Donald Trump on his decision to end discrimination with his recent executive order and we are confident in President Trump stated conviction to end this religious persecution in America, " says Delgaudio.

DISCOVER stated to credit card vendors following the assassination of Charlie Kirk that Public Advocate's account has "been identified as posing potential reputational risk to [Discover's] brand. As a result, we are REQUIRING immediate termination of the accounts." Discover Financial services demanded that our organization be completely cut off from receiving Credit Card donations, accusing us violating their business standard. Companies complied with this demand on the part of Discover Financial Services. As a practice, all credit card processors cancell all transactions on all other credit card services on the basis of one complaint.

Our letter of complaint to President Donald Trump details this recent wrongful act and the pattern of debanking over the years by Discover Financial Services and the significant losses of funds to our mission and the need to end the blatant Anti-Christian bigotry on the part of Discover Financial Services. This bias is targeting the thousands of patriotic supporters of President Trump's pro-Family policies who want to donate to Public Advocate as we diligently expose suspected violent domestic terrorism, and promote and educate the public on President Trump's two gender policies.

In the case of Public Advocate, we particularly object to the reliance, by Discover Financial Services, on misinformation from the Southern Poverty Law Center as they are partly responsible for a domestic terrorist attack against Public Advocate and Family Research Center due to SPLC listing of Public Advocate on their Hate Christians Map.

Our letter respectfully asks for investigations by the President, the White House, the Department of Justice and the House of Representatives Banking Committee into this wrongdoing and irregular discriminatory practices of Discover Financial Services as an appeal to correct and favorably consider as an appropriate topic for President Trump's Executive Order condemning debanking by leftist work bank executives in America. "

"Public Advocate took public positions online and in emails, public statements, and on our social media to condemn the killing of Charlie Kirk. We also quickly recognized the evidence of coordination among various transgender activists prior to the shooting and brought this to the attention of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which responded with an expansion of the scope of the investigation into the shooting of Charlie Kirk. Public Advocate has called for the transgender dominated Antifa group to be named as a domestic terrorist organization and the White House has issued that designation. Almost immediately following our expose, Discover Financial Services took aggressive action against us. It is reasonble to believe our announcements triggered Discover to wrongfully deprive Christians and Trump supporters of the right to donate to Public Advocate."
