PUBLIC ADVOCATE SETS GOAL OF 1 MILLION DEMANDS TO REVOKE SPLC TAX STATUS.

"We have begun a nationwide petition drive to respond to the disgusting spectable in Congress on the part of the Southern Poverty Law Center this week. Live Victims and deceased victims cried out for the SPLC to cease the abuse but they refused. So One Million Americans demanding the revoking the SPLC tax status is the best opportunity for relief to America available," says Eugene Delgaudio, president of Public Advocate.

NOTE: The IRS can revoke tax-exempt status, usually for failing to file required annual returns for three consecutive years, engaging in political campaigns, or drifting from your mission.

DELGAUDIO TOLD SUPPORTERS NATIONWIDE:

"This very week, the interim president of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) was grilled about his organizations secret financing of the very "hate groups" they were claiming to work against.

SPLC has repeatedly tried to destroy Public Advocate and nearly got myself killed.

They are still completely unrepentant for their part in Charlie Kirk's murder.

This fraud group has violated all standards of decency as they seek harm to me, my family, and hundreds of friends and supporters in the pro-Family movement without apology.

In almost every answer their president gave, he refused to make a statement under oath but instead repeated the SPLC's denials they issued when not under oath.

That's a huge flashing sign that he's lying!

Well today, Congressman Mark Harris (NC-08) led a letter to Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent requesting that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) revoke the Southern Poverty Law Center's (SPLC) tax-exempt status.

And our goal is to add 1 million signers to that petition to the Secretary and to pass the legislation,"

Delgaudio said.
