Pro-Family Victory: J.C. Penney's promoted homosexuality, takes nosedive, is forced to remove its President Michael Francis

JC Penney's pro-gay propaganda ads on Mother's Day and Father's day have resulted in a nosedive in their earnings. The public reaction was one of revulsion and disgust and pro-family customers fled the stores.

You think JC Penney will end the celebration of sodomy in its marketing campaign? We shall see.

In the latest sign of turbulent times at J.C. Penney Co., the mid-price department store chain said Michael Francis, the former Target Corp. executive brought in to help redefine the brand, is leaving the company. In a terse statement issued late Monday, the department store operator gave no reason for the abrupt departure of Francis, who had been on the job for a little over eight months. As president, Francis was responsible for the marketing of a controversial new pricing plan that aims to get rid of hundreds of sales events. He was also oversaw merchandising and product development.

Shares fell nearly 6 percent in after-hours trading.

J. C. Penney Company, Inc. today ousted its JCPenney brand president, Michael Francis, who oversaw the retailer's merchandising and marketing operations, with a terse statement that "We thank Michael for his hard work at jcpenney and wish him the best in his future endeavors."

"The mid-price retailer also angered conservatives by showing real-life gay dads and lesbian moms in its Father's Day and Mother's Day catalogs."
